Quick Answer: A super affiliate is an affiliate marketer that has performed exceptionally well in comparison to the other affiliate marketers in the same network. Becoming a super affiliate is a considerable accomplishment & we’ll be explaining how it’s done & how much they earn below.
Super affiliate. If you’ve looked into affiliate marketing, it’s a term you’ve likely heard of.
Myself & Simon (the two instructors here at Commission Academy) are both super affiliates. But what exactly is a super affiliate? What makes an affiliate super?
And how much does a super affiliate make?
If those are some of the things that you’ve been wondering about, then you’ll be glad to know that that’s explaining what we’ll be explaining below.
So let’s dive straight in & get to it.
What Is a Super Affiliate?
In short, and as we’ve mentioned above, a super affiliate is an affiliate marketer who has performed exceptionally well in comparison to the other affiliates in the same network.
And it also refers to affiliates who’ve performed exceptionally well across various networks & managed to land themselves huge amounts in commissions.
So, you could say a super affiliate, in general, is an affiliate who’s had a huge ton of success & made a lot of money. That’s probably the easiest way to describe one.
But there are also some companies, such as Wealthy Affiliate, who run their own internal super affiliate programs.
This means that if you meet certain criteria, you qualify as a super affiliate within their program.
And in the case of Wealthy Affiliate, the criteria is to make 300 sales within a calendar year.
If you do that, you get crowned as a super affiliate & they pay for you to attend an all-inclusive (and private) conference held annually in Las Vegas.
But they’re not the only ones to offer such perks. Many, many companies have programs that reward super affiliates (and other high-performing affiliates alike).
How Much Do Super Affiliates Make?
There’s no “one size fits all” answer to this question, but generally, a super affiliate will have earned at least $100,000 in commissions before being crowned a super affiliate.
And some super affiliates earn as much as $10,000 per day.
But realistically, the super affiliate status isn’t to demonstrate your wealth. It’s to demonstrate your ability as an affiliate.
After all, if you have earned $100 as an affiliate marketer, nothing is stopping you from earning $1,000 & likewise, if you have earned $10,000, then there is nothing stopping you from earning $100,000.
It’s just a case of scaling up.
